Your first appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Occasionally, surgery can be performed the same day as the consultation. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan may require further evaluation and a further appointment to provide treatment on another day.
Please provide us with the below mentioned details to assist your better:
» Your referred slip
» X-rays or any other report that you are carrying
» Insurance form and all relevant papers
» Please bring this into doctor’s notice for your medical history if any (i.e., diabetes, , artificial heart valves and joints, high blood pressure rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are currently taking any medications (i.e., aspirin, heart medications, anticoagulant therapy, etc.).
Note: Patients below 18 of years should be accompanied by their parents or guardian.
A pre-op minor or pre-op major investigation is mandatory for patients undergoing IV anesthesia for surgery. You are not supposed to eat or drink anything eight hours prior to your scheduled surgery. It would be good if you are accompanied by your guardians to drive you home after surgery.
